How pickup and return work
Pick a branch and a time
Choose the branch when you search. The pickup and return times you can book online follow that branch's opening hours, shown on its card below.
Return where you collected
Return the car to the branch you picked it up from. The return branch always matches the pickup branch.
Holidays and closed days
If a branch is closed for a holiday, no pickup or return can be booked there on that day. Choose another date or another branch.
What to bring
Bring the National ID or Iqama and the driving licence you used to verify your Rahoul account, and the card you paid with. Your booking details stay in your account.
Need more time?
Request an extension from your booking before the return time. Returning later than booked without an approved extension can add a late-return charge.
Minimum rental
Under our rental terms, the minimum rental is one day (24 hours). The search form shows the limits for booking online, such as the shortest rental you can book.
