We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our public pages (for example which pages are viewed and how long visits last), so we can improve the website. It is loaded only on public pages, not on account, booking or payment pages.

Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<ID> and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. It does not receive your name, identity documents or card details.

Our sign-up, password reset and contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA analyses technical information such as your IP address, browser and interaction with the page.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) apply.

Account sign-in, including signing in with Google, is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. It processes your email address, a securely stored password credential and, if you use Google sign-in, your basic Google profile (name, email and profile picture).

Online payments are processed by Moyasar, a payment gateway licensed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When you pay, your card details are entered into Moyasar's secure payment form and sent directly to Moyasar; Rahoul Al Sharq Company never receives or stores your full card number or security code.

Moyasar may use 3-D Secure verification with your bank. We receive only the payment result, the amount, a payment reference and limited card information such as the card brand and last four digits, which we use to manage your booking, refunds and invoices.

Our website, booking system and database run on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Files you upload, such as identity and driving licence documents, and vehicle and branch images are stored securely on AWS.

Transactional emails, such as verification codes, booking confirmations, invoices and refund notices, are delivered through Postmark. It processes your email address and the content of the message being sent to you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics as described above. Payment processing and sign-in are required to use our online booking service.
